Weekends Spent in Logan are My Favorite Weekends :)

Yeah, this weekend was awesome.

Exhausting.
Fun.
Amazing.
Busy.
Random.
Wonderful.
Spontaneous.

Just a few words to describe my weekend.
Yeah, it was good.
I got to Logan on Thursday. Brooke and I made some delicious snacks.
We brought some to Jared and talked to him for a bit.

Friday Jamie and I met up and hung out. :) We went to Jared's and the three of us caught up before the hockey game. After the hockey game Jamie went home and we all went to Sunny's.

Saturday I spent the day doing service. After that we ran into Josh, a Delta Sig pledge who invited us to a party. At Fry's. Where Nate and I first got together... I was a little nervous to run into him, but he wasn't there. It was fun. I knew quite a few people there. Just as we got there Jared texted me they were going to a few houses and asked if we wanted to come. Of course the answer was yes. Josh said he wanted a ride home so he came back with us.. We were talking as we got in the car and you went believe what happened.. I closed the car door... On his head. I felt so bad!!
We party hopped to a couple houses and I ran into someone from service. The irony..

Sunday we had breakfast at McDonald's. Then it was football and more football. Brooke and I went back to the LLC and made some cream puffs for dinner with Jared and Travis. After food and football Jared and I watched some Breaking Bad. He laid his head in my lap and I played with his hair. We watched the finale with Brock and it was intense!

Monday morning came sooo early. I caught the shuttle at 5:30 am. Yuck. It was a long journey home. Switching shuttles, waiting.. But I got home, no East Coast for me :(

Luckily I had an awesome weekend in Logan to make up for it.

I Love Logan (Utah)

I love it here.
I love the people.
I love the town.
I love the school.
I love the games.
I love the school pride.

Last night Brooke and I made the drive to Logan. We went to City Creek with the family and had dinner. I bought a new pair of vans.

We went to the Utah State hockey game with Jared and it was a blast!! We beat Arizona State 2-0. With about three minutes left in the game all hell broke loose. There were so many fights!! Every time the ref would break one up another one would start. It was so awesome. All the fans were on their feet yelling and cheering. By the end of the 5 minutes straight of fighting, there were only 2 players left on the ice, one Utah State player and one Arizona State player.

Then Travis, Jared, Brooke and I left the game together. We went to another persons house and met new people and had lots of fun. Of course the night ended in Betos (:

Oh, I woke up with really bad bed head. It was so funny.

Super Saturday

Hello :) Well I had a wonderful day yesterday! The morning started off with picking up my sister in Salt Lake, when we stumbled upon a farmer's market in Salt Lake.
I bought a wonderful peach and raspberry dessert and Brooke and I got mint lemonade (delicious!)
Lunch with the family was had at Pizza Pie Cafe (:
An appearance at the Relief Society Broadcast was required, but after that we were home free!
We drove to Salt Lake to spend some quality time with Charlie. It was quite fun.
Also, our friend Christian came out of the closet. There is so much controversity about gay/straight/bi but honestly I think you should do what makes you happy. :)

Bonfire

Tonight I went to a bonfire up in the canyon! It was actually pretty fun :) Met some new people, got some digits.. ;)
All in all, a pretty good night.
