I have the best family :)
Today my dad came up to Logan to watch "The Banff Film Festival" with Brooke and I.
We ate Mexican and went pawn shopping.
Then, after the film festival we went to McDonald's. Dad, Brooke and I all got McBitchens! :) It was the best! :) he was so sweet today.
Today was one of the best days.
It started extremely groggy and slow (having had about 3 hours of sleep the night before). I felt relatively good about my stats test. :)
But then I met up with my mom. And my got better exponentially :) She surprised me by bringing my dog up to Logan with her! (I was SO surprised!) When I saw him, I screamed. I was so happy. So so so so so so so so so so happy. He ran into me and we sat on the ground, hugging and cuddling and me even allowing him to lick my face. While my mom worked I sat on the floor with Max and just enjoyed being with my two favorite people ever :)
My mom and Rosie went to drive a project, I took Max and picked up Brooke and went to Austin's.. I really wanted him to meet Max.
My mom offered to take us to Taco Tuesday (which is like my favorite thing ever!) None of my other roommates were home, but Shannon came with. Too soon my mom had to leave :( with my dog.
After they left Austin and I had a study party! (he's trouble, but I can't stay away)
He asked me out on a real date tomorrow :) we are going to see Warm Bodies. (Zombie Movie)
This weekend was so much fun!
Friday Brooke, Austin and I went to the hockey game. Travis, John, Stacie, Austin, Brooke and I went to Chic fil A. Then a party for the triplets, and lastly Allison's Birthday party :)
Saturday was Mardi Gras!!! We waited in line for over an hour for the oxygen bar. Then held some reptiles, danced for a few minutes, picked up Austin and went to McDonalds. There were so many people! But it was really fun :)
I have the best family ever. Seriously. Ever.
I got one of my Stats quizzes back. I got 10/10. This is a big deal because math isn't my #1 subject. I was so excited that I sent a picture to my mom. She sent back a picture that said, "We are so proud of you! Love, Mom and Dad."
So cute, right?!? Then, I got another picture of them holding thumbs up. I'm not gonna lie, I was really touched.
So I called her and told her and we talked until my hip hop dance class. :)
Well these last few weeks have been crazy crazy crazy--filled with projects, tests, quizzes, Blogs, papers, caffeine, late nights at the library, and deadlines but lacking sleep, fun, good food, and friends.
Anyways, last night was the first night of volunteering at the Cache Valley Humane Society.
It was... An adventure.
She started me out mopping the floor, which wasn't really what I had in mind.
I didn't mind though. Then we took the dogs out, took their water out, and put them back in. We could only do around 5 at a time and some of those dogs were really excited to get out of their kennel.
After we finished that I took some dogs out, one at a time, and loved on them :) they really needed it.
Brooke enjoyed the cat room (of course).
So we have a weekly time set up, at least two hours a week. I love it and can't wait to go back!
I LOVE the Super Bowl.
Why? Cuz I love food. And family. And football. And food. And family. And the Super Bowl commercials.
My team lost. Niners vs Ravens. It was a really good game with a lot of good food. And I got to see my family (:
Daddy gave me his jersey to wear which was so sweet.
It was a good day. Really great.
College can get cray cray :)

Last night...
Last night was fun.
As my favorite saying says, "Shit got Weird".
The boys and Brooke came over to my apartment and we baked a cake, played games, and talked.
We went back to campus and Tino and I headed over to Sigma Chi.
It.was.so.much.fun.
We met some crazy people. We were crazy people. A lot of people remembered me and were excited to see me. Then I crashed Brooke's bed.
It was a crazy night.
Again, I LOVE college (:
I am just so happy! I love my roommates, I love Utah State, I love my sister, I love having my apartment, I love my classes. :)
